Non-Agricultural land and assets	Household	Compensation at “replacement cost” or “actual market value”. Shifting allowance and a grant to cover nine months rental cost For tenants, a sum equal to six months rental and cost of structure erected on property.
Wage earning	Individual	A grant equal to six months lost income.
Non-perennial crops	Household	Advance notice to harvest standing crops.
Perennial crops	Household	Compensation at “market value”.
Encroachers	Household	No Compensation.
Squatters	Household	Low cost / free of charge house, training subsistence and shifting allowance.
Housing	Household	Additional options over and above the entitlements in their respective category.
Primary source of income	Household	Assistance of lump-sum grant towards training.
Kiosks	Household	The Assistance as a flat sum of Rs 7500 per kiosk.
Common property resources	Community	Resources will be conserved, protected, relocated in consultation with the community.
